How to exchange your holiday home

1. Select the holiday homes of interest to you.

The holiday homes of your choice do not have to be of similar sizes or prices. A person with a large house may be happy to exchange it for a holiday in a smaller villa with a swimming pool. Everyone enjoys a change.

2. Write to the holiday home owner concerned

Write to the holiday home owner concerned via the email link. Include the following details in your request:

• A link to your own website or photograph(s) of your holiday home
• Proposed dates for the holiday home exchange. You do not have to exchange simultaneously but there is a greater risk if dates are different.
• A summary of number of people in your party
• Your contact details, including telephone number.
• Any special requirements, e.g. pet-friendly
